Hi, I’m Kristine!
New England girl born and raised in Connecticut, and lover of all things fashion, family, and travel! I am an accountant by day and all things travel by night. I got married in 2017 to my amazing husband Kevin, who is of course my favorite travel partner and traveling is a passion we love and share together. We have two puppies, Walter and Penelope who bring us endless joy!
Growing up with both my parents in the accounting industry, one could say I was destined for the corporate life. I went to Western New England University for my bachelor’s degree and the University of Connecticut for my master’s degree. Upon graduating, I took my first “big girl” job at one of the big four accounting firms, where I did not last long in the high paced environment. After leaving public accounting, I started my career in accounting at an insurance company. While traveling is my passion in life, my corporate America job has given me the privilege of being able to travel to different places in the Unites States and overseas.
Friends and family always greet us as the world travelers and ask where our next adventure is taking us and I always can’t wait to share. I would love to travel full-time and make it a life career but, in the meantime, I thought it would be great to simply help my fellow travel lovers! I have created this travel blog to share my trips, experiences, recommendations and thoughts to help make travel planning less stressful and more enjoyable!
